Another powerful report that is generated weekly is the Feedback Report. The Feedback report can be set up by your Account Manager and sent to you automatically each week. The report covers the survey that all InQuicker patients receive 6 hours after their appointment time. We report on the ratings and provide any comments left in the weekly Feedback report.

For proper reporting setup, the customer will need to provide their InQuicker Account Manager with the appropriate email addresses of the team members needing these Feedback reports.

*Note – It’s important to have the appropriate team members on this distribution list to ensure the growth and goals of your organization are moving in the right direction based on patient feedback.

What is Needed:

In order to properly setup the Monthly Executive Reports, the Account Manager will need the following questions answered.

  1. When deciding on access for your colleagues, keep in mind that report access can be setup only at the facility level. Please provide the email addresses for the breakout below.
    1. Facility example – report for “Facility A” only and any locations associated with that specific facility
