During the throws of COVID, many ED’s, UC’s and PCP clinics were experiencing very high patient volume with patients suffering from COVID related symptoms. As a result, clinicians were finding it difficult to manage the patient volume in their waiting room let alone additional patient volume that came by way on online scheduling. Due to this, many ED’s, UC’s and PCP clinics had asked InQuicker to create repeatable, all-day every-day unavailable time blocks which essentially shut the schedule down from displaying any availability online for patients to self schedule. Now that COVID had slowed, healthcare systems are wanting to re-open that online availability once again to the public to self schedule. InQuicker customer console administrators have the ability to remove unavailable time blocks through the customer console. To learn how to do this, please follow along in the below video tutorial.
